General Terms and Conditions (GTC) – TOUGH LOOPS
1. Scope and Provider
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “GTC”) apply to all orders and contracts concluded via the online shop toughloops.com. The operator of the shop and your contractual partner is:

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these GTC.
2. Conclusion of Contract and Customized Services
- The sales contract is concluded when TOUGH LOOPS accepts the order by sending an order confirmation via email.
- Individualization: All products in the TOUGH LOOPS range are manufactured, modified, or individualized by laser engraving only upon express customer request. The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data provided (texts, logos, specifications). No changes can be made once the production process has started.
3. Prices, Currencies, and Checkout
- All prices in the shop are calculated in Swiss Francs (CHF).
- Prices displayed in EUR or USD are for non-binding information and orientation purposes only.
- The checkout process is carried out exclusively in CHF. Any currency conversion from the customer’s local currency (e.g., USD or EUR) into the billing currency (CHF) is handled by Stripe or the customer’s card-issuing institution under their respective terms and exchange rates. TOUGH LOOPS has no influence on these rates or any conversion fees.
4. Payment Terms
We offer the following payment options:
- Credit Cards & TWINT (via Stripe): The charge is made immediately upon completion of the order.
- Prepayment (Bank Transfer): Processing and shipping will only take place after full payment has been received on our account.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- We ship worldwide from Switzerland.
- Since each product is individually manufactured or processed for the customer, the production times stated in the shop are to be understood as guidelines.
6. Exclusion of the Right of Return and Refund
- All products from TOUGH LOOPS are manufactured to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs (custom-made / individualization).
- In accordance with standard practice and Swiss law, the right of withdrawal, return, or exchange is fully excluded for the entire product range.
- By completing the order, the customer confirms that they have taken note of the fact that the ordered goods cannot be returned due to their individual production.
7. Warranty and liability
- TOUGH LOOPS provides a statutory warranty of 2 years from the date of delivery for material or manufacturing defects.
- This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or lack of proper maintenance (especially after exposure to extreme environments like salt water).
- Errors in engraving resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., typos).
- Wear parts such as O-rings or seals, if included with the product.
- In the event of a justified defect, the customer is entitled to repair or replacement. A full refund or cancellation of the contract is excluded due to the customized nature of the products.
8. Data Protection
The collection and processing of personal data are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Swiss Data Protection Act.
9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Swiss law shall apply exclusively. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with the contract is Zug (Switzerland).
